Hi, I'm Kate Simpson!

I am super passionate about helping people and animals release those often unknown energetic imbalances thus helping them to live motivated, vibrant, healthy lives.
Energy healing modalities are simple yet powerful tools. It brings me such joy to help others achieve personal goals, and health goals and overcome emotional stress and anxiety.
For more than 20 years I have explored natural, holistic health and alternative medicine modalities.
My journey began while working for a nutrition company where I helped people achieve their wellness goals. This opportunity helped me learn that the body could heal itself if it had the right fuel and the energetic roadblocks were removed.
Years later, when I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, I had to put my faith and knowledge of holistic health to the test. Working with both eastern and western medicine, I found my path to better health. Energy healing modalities massively supported my healing journey and taught me to take time for self-care. The idea of self-care ultimately led me to the Emotion Code.
I am now certified in the Emotion Code, the Body Code, and a Master Practitioner for the Global Energy Method
